CourseStorm automatically generates reminder emails for students on the roster of upcoming classes. These are sent to the email addresses on file for all the students on the roster at the time of the email is sent out. Class Reminder emails are sent out 2 days prior to the class’s start date.
Class Reminder emails include the basic details on file for the class at the time the email is sent, such as start date and time, location, and the program’s contact information. If you use Custom Email Notifications, your custom notification details will be included as well.
