It is possible to attach files to the various means of communication between you and your students, with right in your CourseStorm . If you want to attach a PDF to your class description, an Excel file to an email, or anything in between, read this article to find out how. Admin Menu.
The allowed document types include PDF documents, images, Microsoft Word documents, and Microsoft Excel documents. It is important to note that the system evaluates the document type, not just the file extension. Changing a file extension (such as from .txt to .doc) will not permit the file to be attached if the document type is not one of the allowed formats.
How it Works:
You will see an “Attach a file” button in most text editors throughout CourseStorm. Text editors such as class descriptions, emails, and more will all display the “Attach a file” button when you are editing.
