Tip: We recommend deleting catalogs only if the catalog is truly an unneeded duplicate, or was created in error. CourseStorm is designed to keep old catalogs as an archive, as this protects the integrity of the data associated with registration. |
Deleting a catalog removes deletes all the classes within that catalog. This action is permanent. While associated registrations will not be deleted, the class info associated with them will be, aside from the class name. Rosters for deleted classes are no longer accessible, and the class setup details are no longer linked in the Admin Menu for classes in catalogs that have been deleted.
