What Happens When I Win / Lose the Dispute?

If the dispute is Won, the withdrawn funds will be returned to your account within 5 days.

If the dispute is Lost, the funds that were withdrawn at the start of the process are permanently refunded to the cardholder. 

Unfortunately, no information is provided about the reasoning behind the bank’s decision. The decision of the bank is final and there is no mechanism to appeal. Financial rules prohibit any further contact with the bank regarding the dispute. Depending on the situation, you may be able to recover the funds by directly contacting your student/registrant.
