You can include specific arrival information at the bottom of your registration receipts. You may use this to provide instructions on how to enter a building, provide a virtual meeting room link, or any other information that you may want to share with your students about the location of their class.

How to add specific arrival information:

Navigate to the Locations section of the administrator menu.

If you add a new location, you will notice a text editor below the areas where you are prompted to input the location address. You can enter your specific arrival information there.

You can edit this information at any time by opening a pre-existing location and changing the information that you had previously entered in the specific arrival information text editor.

How to connect your location to a class:

You will be prompted to select a location during the Info and Photo section of the CourseStorm class builder.

You can also change your class location at any time by clicking on the class > clicking Edit > and Info and Photo. This will bring up the prompt that allows you to set the location of the class. Make sure you have your locations set correctly, so your students are given the proper arrival information.
