Hiding a Class

There are many reasons you might want to hide a class.  Maybe you're still polishing up that description or maybe it's a class you only want to register select students for.  Whatever your reason, it's simple to hide a class from your online catalog and still maintain all the great features of registration, roster emails, and more.

From the Class screen, click the Actions button and you'll see a list of options to change the class status.  One of your options will be Change Visibility. As soon as you make this selection, the class will be hidden, but don't worry - you can always turn it right back on again using the same class status menu.

Once class visibility is set to hidden, you can click the yellow "Unlisted" button next to the title to copy the class link and share it.
