What is a Stripe Connect account?

The information from your completed direct deposit form is used to set up a connection between your new CourseStorm site and our payment processor, Stripe. The name of this connection is a “Stripe Connect Account.” The Connect account is a B2B payment facilitator that allows CourseStorm to transfer registration funds to your bank account.

On December 15, 2023 Stripe made an update to its legal terms. The updates to the terms will take effect on March 31, 2024. No action is needed from you or your organization. By continuing to take credit card payments via CourseStorm after that date, you are agreeing to Stripe’s updated terms. You can learn more about these updates on Stripe's FAQ page.
